Physician Approved, Great Boot
I suffered an Upper Ankle Sprain (pending results of my Xray for fracture) but this boot is extremely comfortable and it offers amazing support. Without it I would not be able to walk. I live in a 3 story townhouse and if it weren't for the boot I would have zero mobility around my house. Even my doctor said it was a great choice in boot and was impressed with the quality and the protection it offered my ankle. I ordered the 'SMALL' since I'm usually an 8-8.5 in women's and it fit perfectly and even had a bit more room available if needed. The boot it completely adjustable for small foot sizes and so is the toe box protector. I read other reviews saying the top box wouldn't stay, but mine has had no issues and it's quite sturdy.

Best Air Wlaking Boot for The Money
The boot arrived the next day after ordering and was packaged as you can see in the pictures. No damage to the boot during transit. The boot came with 3 extra pads and instructions. I had surgery on 5/14/19 to remove 3 Neuromas on my right foot, last 3 toes, so I'm only 3 days after surgery. This is important to note as my foot is still pretty swollen and sore. I have included a picture of the bandaged foot. I wear a size 8 shoe/work boot, and I ordered the medium boot per the sizing chart. I was worried that my foot would not fit because of the swelling and bandages, however the boot fits perfectly with room at the toe so it fits comfortably and does not put unnecessary pressure on the toe area. The ankle and calf area also fits very well and the sole is well padded. There are 3 velcro straps(well technically there is 4) the top has 2, 1 at the mid, and 1 at the toe. The straps are securely attached and are long enough to accommodate my bandaged foot. The liner is very comfortable, MAKE SURE THAT IT IS DEFLATED PRIOR TO PUTTING IT ON, once on it inflates quickly and provides very good support to your ankle. The sole is made to walk in with just enough curve to make walking easy even with crutches or a cane. I am very happy with my boot, I'm an active person and the "shoe" that was provided caused more pain then just not wearing it. I took the boot out for a spin and am very happy that I am now able to walk without pain, other than the normal surgical pain. I gave the boot 5 stars as I can not find anything wrong. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has a foot injury.

Meets OSHA standards, Good boot
I work in an industrial environment and could not be out in the work area with an open toe half splint cast for my grade 3 ankle sprain. Since this closed-toe Air Cam Walker Boot meets OSHA standards my HR Representative and Safety Manager checked it out and I was cleared to return to work. I also have heal spurs and use a custom orthopedic inserts in my shoes. I ended up using it inside this boot and had no problems with it so far. The Air liner works great and the boot comes with 3 small cushions incase you need extra support on different areas inside the boot. For my work steel toes and sneakers I wear mens 8.5. This size medium Air Cam Walker Boot fits perfect. I still have a few more weeks left to test this out but I hope this review helps for now.

Product is as Presented and Promised (refreshing after one week with faulty competitive boot)
An update after two weeks: Have worn it for 8 hours and more, and it hasn't hurt. Having had other "inflatable air bladder boots" I also ordered the Orthotronix Closed=toe Air Cam Walker. All of the boots from every manufacturer seem to not hold air, and my thought is to save the extra money, and tighten up with a "Non Air product. Seriously, all of the suppliers under $100 use plastic thread in the air valve, and they all fail. I also trimmed the plastic that would overlap/underlap, and generally get in the way when tightened down. Still like the boot. Just remember the air bladders fail. After trying a more expensive boot from a competitor for a week, and having the the air bladder of the other product malfunction on day one - I ordered this boot. I was impressed to find a card thanking me as well as soliciitng questions and feedback. The Orthotronix Closed-Toe Air Cam Walker (short) fits properly, comfortably, and is snug preventing unwanted movement. The boot is very light, and is easy to put on...taking just a minute or two. The competitor product had five straps of which three are not attached to the boot. Rather they are loose, and secured by Velcro only. Consequently these straps get in the way, and stick to one another making it challenging to keep them separated. This makes it more challenging while taking longer to secure the boot. The competitor's inflatable bladder failed within 24 hours. I wrote the competitor, and called. No response to my written comments and concerns. No response to receiving a damaged or defective boot, and a "general attitude" that they prefer to work with the direct medical providers. Other reviews offered insight that the competitor brand (5 letters) had little to marginal support. How correct they were. I am considering ordering a 2nd Orthotronix boot so I have one clean for staying inside, and another that I don't mind getting the bottom dirty outside or in a vehicle, store, business, restaurant.
