Switchbox Remote Control Via GSM Sim Card

Switchbox customer service tried to get me to upgrade the model after the purchase, plus the cell plan is now restricted to their own. The customer service seemed pretty rude by email and overall i've been less than impressed with my second purchase experience with this company. Don't plan on going back.

Unit arrived after two full weeks for shipping, which certianly isn't a deal breaker, but literally, merchandise from China arrives faster. But like I said, not a deal breaker. However, unit arrived, and the attached sim card phone number was not valid, therefore it would not activate the unit. To date, I'm out $300+, and no remote heat for my aircraft engine. I've contacted customer service, and am awaiting a reply. It'll probably be at least 3 days, as I've attempted to get the unit up and running on a Friday night, and don't expect anything to actually start happening until Monday. Switchbox, please, please fix this, as it is a great idea, but to date, is abismilly pathetic in execution. Again, I hope to give the unit the 5 star rating it certainly has potential for. SwitchBox, the ball is in your court.

Customer service. What customer service. The unit never worked in Colorado. I contacted them day 1 and got jerked around for months. Please don’t buy you will be sorry. They claim hundreds of satisfied customers in Colorado. Don’t believe them

Great product! Caution buying this one. Aircraft Spruce and the OEM sells the same unit for 299.00. That is new in the box with warranty.

I purchased this Switchbox thinking it would be the same as the video it's not there is no way to control the amount of time it turns on for. Very poor customer support. Overpriced
