Here's the info from 3M! DEET levels in Ultrathon(TM) Insect Repellents are as follows:-Lotion = 33.33% DEET (Stable up to 5 years from date of manufacture)-Aerosol = 25% DEET (Stable up to 3 years from date of manufacture)-Spray pump = 19%DEET (Stable up to 3 years from date of manufacture)We suggest purchasing new product after these times have expired. Below, please find the Date Code Format which will define the date of manufacture. Date Code Format:Aerosol Spray Can: (F2045D1 16611) which would be stamped on bottom of the can. (F) = the manufacture site. (2045) is Julian Date. D1 is the batch number. (16611) is a sequential can count. The Julian Date code is read as the first number is the year and the next three is the day of that year. So the date code on this can would be the 45th (045) day of the year 2002.The lotion tubes and the pump bottles have different lot codes. To tell the difference, first look for "EPA Est. No." on the back of the product. On the lotion tube, the EPA Est. No. is located to the right of the UPC or bar code. In the EPA Est. No. is a state designation- NJ, WI, or MN. With that, the lot code is located in the crimped edge of the tube. If the tube has both EPA Est. No. 79533-WI-1 and 000095-MN-001 on the label, the last letter of the lot code in the crimp designates which state to follow- A is for WI and B is for MN. The state designations have a different lot code as follows:Lotion TubesNJ: (302774) This is a Julian date code similar to the aerosol can. (3) is the year manufactured. "027" is the day of that year it was made on. The "74" is a batch number.WI: (030824A) This is read differently. The first one to two digits indicate the month it was made. 1=January, 2=February, 3=March, ....11=November, 12=December. The next two numbers are the year. 08=2008. The 24A is a batch number.MN: (08123B) The first two numbers are the year 08=2008. "123" is the day of that year it was made on. The B is a batch number.On the pump bottle, the EPA Est. No. is a few lines above the UPC. The lot code located just below the label on the back of the pump bottle with the following lot designations:Pump BottleEPA Est. No. 50757-WI-1: (08145) This is read as a Julian date system. The first two numbers are the year (08=2008) and the last three is the day of that year (145th day).EPA Est. No. 79533-WI-1: (08145 26) This is read similar to the one above except the 26 represents the batch number.You can always call them with a code to get the exact expiration date!

Does this react with sunscreen? If I use it with sunscreen, which should I apply first?

I went in for a travel consultation at a health clinic and they recommended to apply sunscreen first wait a few minutes and then apply the Ultrathon. Hope that helps!
