I use the product for my Child. It is very good and it has a live tracking feature which allows us to track it very easily. It is compact and has been provided with a hook and thread which gives access to hang it easily. All I can say is it is Value for Money, Easy to use and best live tracking. Also the app is very user friendly so no demo is needed. The after sales support is also very quick and they help you everytime when you need help. The device comes with preinstalled sim so there is no need to insert sim.

Given the current pandemic it’s disheartening to leave a negative review but this one is well deserved Pros: Size and look Cons: Accuracy - below average as it doesn’t work Ease of use - below average as it doesn’t work Battery life - below average as it can never locate the device so it drains in no time Comes with basic setup info making. Look super easy to use, follow the instructions and realise it’s not working. So I contact the WhatsApp support and they send me multiple videos to watch. Still not working. Message the helpline again only to be told the SIM card hasn’t been activated. So you get an order, then why wouldn’t you activate the sim before shipping? Why would you agitate the customer who has to reach out to you multiple times before telling them that the sim hasn’t been activated? Day 2 - sim gets activated and works for maybe 2 hours, message the support again and everything is technical and out of their hands so you have to wait Day 3 - message support again, only to be advised that the sim probably doesn’t work so they suggest you install your own. Day 4 - I’m returning it because... What kind of company manufactures a gps device, which comes with a pre installed sim that doesn’t work, why can’t they fix the foundation of what they are built on? I’m in mew delhi and if their sim can’t work here then one can only imagine what would happen elsewhere. So it’s a below average product that should not be sold. There is only a WhatsApp support, no 24-7 support, so had my child with a not working gps have gone missing then don’t expect a timely response, probably end up loosing the child to this device and it’s false sense of safety and security The app has multiple functions that don’t work as I’ve asked them about all that’s on the app and never got a response or a detailed manual on what all is there So after 2 weeks of researching I realised that most of the companies that entered this line have closed shop over the years. This was the last hope, the below average copy of a fine usa product that doesn’t do justice. My take, wait a few years and hopefully the usa patented company will start to ship to India. Currently they are sending a replacement and I’ll update if anything changes if not then this is how it ends...

Very useful product. Worth. I am having this product from more than a year. installed trakbond in my kid's bicycle. Now i absolutely tension free on his travel. I really recommend this to every parent.

I am writing this after 1year of usage. That the product is just fine. Although many issues I faced like network issues which were solved by sim replacements. Battery issues were frequent for which I had sent it multiple times to service team. But after 2 to 3 battery replacements in span of 7-8 months finally the product works fine. Still the issue I face is at times the tracker gps gets slow for live tracking. But still it functions fine and solves our problem of tracking. Now I don't face as such battery and network issue, which were there earlier. Also the tracking system is getting better with updates.

Hello, I am providing my first hand experience of the product for using it for 3 months. The oroduct is nice and works properly and shows location almost in real time. It serves the basic purpose of tracking. It is also very good looking, small and can be easily carried anywhere. However, there is an improvement point. The battery dies with in 4.5 to 5 hours. So any tracking after that hour is not possible through this device. If the battery can support until 10 to 12 hours, then it would be very useful for tracking kids, person with needs, pets etc.

I am using the device last four months, I can say it's very good device for compare to other, and it is very good for kids safety. Customer service is also very good.

This is a good product with bad battery life and very bad customer support. Customer support feedback ============================ I bought this product 2 weeks back. On the day I received the product I was excited to set it up immediately. I tried reaching out to support and then only realised that they have a limited support window(9 AM - 7 PM?). Though I was little disappointed I waited until next day. Even after 9:30 AM the next day, I couldn't reach out to support... the extensions ring and ring but no one picks up. I then tried reaching sales(option 1 for sales and 2 for support) and immediately someone picked up! Though that lady supported with setup also, It was not very smooth experience. This experience of not able to reach support and only able to reach sales not happened just once but thrice. This only gives me an impression that they are interested in new customers but doesn't care about existing customers. There was an option to drop a message so that they will get back but to leave a message you only have 2-3 sec time before call gets disconnected... so what message can you leave? Very bad experience. Product feedback ================ I used this GPS tracking device for few days. It provides good tracking. However, even after a full charge(over night), battery charge drops to below 20% just after 2-3 hours of use(we get SMS alerts). I then called them back and reached with great difficulty (again sales but not support :)) and the same lady who seems to be knowledgeable said she will send some SMS to the device and it will improve the battery life. She did but no improvement at all in battery life. Fed up calling them back again, I decided to return the product. Thanks to Amazon who has taken care of my return smoothly. The product setup and mobile apps are also not very straight forward. In spite of I being tech person I took some time to understand how things work. I seriously doubt if any non-tech persons can use this product easily. Again, I wanted to say that this is a good product with poor battery life and most importantly bad customer service and little hard to use.
