One of the Best Instant Coffees
Easy smooth organic coffee: To make a good cappuccino or caffe latte, just add your fave dairy or half & half almond-coconut creamer, your fave sweetener (stevia, monk fruit or allulose), and whatever else you wish to add, and enjoy! It’s strong enough that you’ll like the kick without suffering a bitter or acidic/sour aftertaste. Nor jitters. Recommend highly… Hubby & I enjoy this and/or another similar brand/type organic instant coffee to take around with us (w/ our instant water boiler/heater & other coffee stuff (whisk, protein powder, sweetener, etc) on road trips to enjoy in our insulated hot coffee mugs in the mornings.

Deep, delicious flavor. Doesn't taste like decaf.
I enjoy this product because I love coffee with stronger flavor. This decaf does not taste like decaf at all. It's delicious and a little bit goes a long way. I use much less than the recommended amount to make my morning mocha. It works great with hot or cold water and is far superior to any other instant decaf I have tried (and I have tried MANY).

Very good
I’m giving it 5 stars because instant coffee will never taste like regular but this is among the best out there.

Not bitter like the local supermarket organic brands
I had been drinking Nature's Promise (Food Lion) and Simple Truth (Kroger) organic instant coffees. Occasionally I had a bottle or two that were bitter but for the most part they were reasonably priced and without a strong bitter after taste. Now for over a year it is impossible to find a single jar without an extremely bitter after taste. For cost reasons they must be extracting more and more coffee from the beans as a cost saving measure to keep price low and I lost hope of a decent coffee. I decided to try the cheap Amazon Whole Foods 365 brand and Highland. The 365 was about as bitter as the supermarket varieties. HIghland was much less bitter. Highland although slightly more expensive can be drunk with out having to dissolve it first in cold water and then adding sugar and several grains of salt. I am obviously not a coffee snob but was afraid that I might have to start brewing coffee in order to get something decent. I am also going to give Mt. Hagen a try. I have had their decaf in the past and it was never bitter either. Glad I found at least one acceptable brand with Highland.
