This is my second Paudin knife (the first was a chef’s knife.). These knives are well made and a terrific bargain. My son has been baking sourdough bread, and we needed a proper bread knife to do justice to his amazing creations. These knives feel substantial, are very sharp, and do the job well.

Over all this is a great Bread knife and I am happy with my purchase! I love it for my homemade loaves Oddly enough the 8" length was the right choice to fit on my under the cabinet on my wall mount magnetic knife board A 10" bread knife is always the best choice (they do sell a 10") But with linted space the 8' fit the bill The Price is great! It’s a good sharp knife. I wish it was more flexible. But it works well.

Unlike many other similar products on the market, this knife is a true damascus steel knife: the steel is hard and resilient. The quality of the product is outstanding. Very good deal for the price. Out of the box, it is very sharp, but warning for those who don't have good knife sharpening skills: this knife takes a while to sharpen, but it stays sharp for a long time.

These knifes are so sharp and easy to sharpen as well. I have purchased several and will continue to purchase more. Favorite is the 5 inch Chef Knife. It is perfect for slicing tomatoes and peeling fruits and veggies. Be careful because they are sharp!

Das Messer ist noch neu bei mir, macht aber direkt einen sehr guten ersten Eindruck. Es kommt scharf aus der Verpackung, ist sauber verarbeitet und liegt angenehm in der Hand. Es fühlt sich gut an und nichts wirkt wackelig oder billig. Für die ersten Schneidarbeiten in der Küche absolut überzeugend. Wenn es langfristig so bleibt, ist das hier ein sehr solides Küchenmesser.
