Good firm roller. Ideal for the exercises the physio suggested. Came well packaged and quality seems fine. Because it's relatively smooth it's much kinder on the muscles and provides good traction on the floor and body.

Good product and eased my back ache after a few days use

I was worried buying online that the roller wouldn't be dense enough to take my weight for exercises. I can safely say so far its firm, an acceptable weight and so alls good. It does the job just perfectly. Nice colour too! I will update after more frequent use to comment on its durability.

Really good. Solid but not uncomfortable

The roller is good for the back and shoulders. It seems very effective for what it’s designed for.

The black 90cm medium roller is solid and its very firm, can't compare it as not had a hard or soft one before, just hope it softens over time, I only gave a 3* as mine has a small gash or fault near the end about 15mm long not deep so might be ok to leave or a little superglue, I could get a refund or replacement but might keep it as I need to use on my back, this is the solid one not the one with the removable core.

Excellent product, still in good shape after 6 months of use. A back massage perfect for after a long day at work, easy to use, perfect firmness. Good value for money.
