5000LB Durable Floor Pallet Scale

As far as shipping goes we received it in the time expected. The only issue was that there was a risk of having to pay the driver extra for a lift gate since the scale is so heavy, but since we had a fork lift this was not an issue for us - would be for others I expect.I had researched and looked for scales for a while and when I found this I was admittedly skeptical that at such a great price this scale was a good quality and was going to be able to handle the heavy and odd sized pallets we ship (we ship furniture and sometimes the pallets are 48 x 86" long). It is 100% legit, a great quality scale, and has features I didn't expect such as the digital scale being able to be charged and run off of the battery. Because of the location of the scale this means we do not have to have an extension cord strewn out anytime we need to weigh something. This is a great scale at an incredible price!

We received the scale, all was in perfect condition. We didn't have time to set it up for more than a month (needed to clear out space in the warehouse). It was easy to calibrate and seemed to work fine when stepping on it and seeing it weigh us. The first pallet we put on the scale, it error-ed out with Our----- . Not sure what that means as its not listed in the little manual that came with it. With using the forklift and taking weight off slightly we found at 1020 lbs is were the scale errors. The company that makes the scale head "Prime Scales" is a joke. Their phone number listed on their website is not answered by anyone, no matter if you pick customer service or technical help. I wrote them via the contact us page, and still nothing.

I was needing an entry level pallet scale for shipping purposes at work, and to my surprise got an amazing scale at a good price. It is sturdy, easy to operate and actually looks great too. I was nervous that the digital readout box didn't come with the 48" x 48" platform when it was delivered, but then saw on the freight receipt it was shipped separate. In fact it had already arrived FEDEX unbeknownst to me. I was impressed how quickly one can set this up! You not regret buying this one bit.

First day wire connector ripped from the tip and indicator did not work.

Works like a champ. Except for the fact that I wasn't bright enough to figure out that the feet were in a box taped to the underside of the scale. Took me a minute to figure out why my scale wasn't giving me any weight at all. After proper assembly of the feet, I used it immediately after that to weigh a 3300# pallet. All went perfectly and accurately.

Scale is definitely better than I expected for the price. Hopefully it lasts; seems like it will. Durable, handles 4,000 - 4,500 lb pallets of heavy stone with ease. Measures literally to the pound - I checked it with a dumbbell and also by weighing myself. Easy to set-up, too. Thanks.

We've had the scale for a year, but we use it maybe once a month. We were weighing a lightweight item (280 lbs) when the LCD controller started a constant beeping noise. No matter what we do, whenever we turn the controller on, the numbers don't display and there's a loud constant tone. From looking online, replacing the controller is over $250! Tried to get support from the company but haven't be able to get a hold of anyone in customer support.

Seller contacted me "day of" order to verify shipping information. Ordered it on a Wednesday and had it delivered on Friday. WOW! I would give product 5 stars for what it is, however they did not provide a pedestal or some way to fasten main control unit to the scale or to a wall. No bracket for wall mount provided either. There are mount holes on the bottom only. I'll work it out. Nicely made with solid painted steel diamond plate. Control unit is plastic. Sits a bit high as I have it on the ground and not in a 4X4 hole flush. So far item has worked out well.
