Snapdragon Pho Soup Bowl, Beef Pho, 2.1 oz (Pack of 6)

It's pho-king amazing as is and takes add-ins so well. Nood and spicy masterpiece to be sure, just wish they used thin vermicelli instead of flat vermicelli.

Originally bought this at a local market, but they usually only have two out. Hello Amazon! I've never had Pho before, but I enjoy it more often. This is easy to make (microwave) and is absolutely delicious! I would say this is very high quality as Vietnamese friends love this brand too. Please feel free to cook up some beef to add to it (does not come with meat) or add some veggies(has dehydrated). Or don't, as it’s fantastic as it is. Wonderful find!!!! Don't be afraid to try something new.

Easily the best flavored phō on the market, and even better if you add some sliced cooked beef to it. This makes a delightful low-calorie lunch or dinner pre-course. It is mildly spiced, but for more "zing" consider adding a little Sriracha sauce. The packaging is also very convenient, although it uses a lot of plastic. This version contains about 1/2 the sodium as the cheaper Costco version with no decernable loss of flavor, so it is much preferred from a heart-healthy standpoint. But it still contains 800+ mg of sodium (about 1/3 a usual daily maximum), so it is not appropriate for anyone on a sodium restricted diet. (Sorry, no phōs on the market are low sodium!) Some recommendations: 1. Skip using the included plastic bowl and, instead, transfer all the ingredients to a larger microwave-proof bowl (especially if you add anything) to avoid overflow into your oven - a real risk with high powered microwaves. 2. To make the phō easier to eat (unless using chopsticks), you may want to break-up the noddles in their packet before cooking. 3. Don't skimp on the water; otherwise your phō may come out more like a stew than a soup. Especially important if you add anything. 4. For a more authentic phō, add some mung bean sprouts and chopped cilantro (not included) AFTER cooking. They make a great addition.

These are so good! I love to add my own protein, lime juice, cilantro and Jalepnos for more substance... But I will also say I will actually drink the broth from these unlike regular Ramen etc because it's so good!

Not great. No pho taste at all. Would not purchase this soup again. This flavor is even more insipid than the “curry” version. Would not order again.
