Fun Facts About Lizards! (I Like Reptiles and Amphibians!)

I purchased this little book for my five-year old nephew who is all boy and all about lizards and reptiles---well... just anything else that creeps and crawls. He enjoys all topics related to nature and living things. He absolutely loves this book's colorful, high interest, action-oriented pictures of various types of lizards. He especially loves the iguanas, geckos, and chameleons. He was pleasantly awed and freaked out by the Komodo Dragon. He's too young to read full sentences just yet, but this book is great for introducing words and for encouraging early reading for enjoyment. There's a great lizard diagram that teaches words like head, tale, feet, etc. It's a book that he wants read to him; it's a book he likes to discuss. So, we are most satisfied with this purchase.This is a quality, educational product.

This is a small but very well produced little book with fun facts & images of LIZARDS. I find it a great addition to our elementary classroom library. It also is a great complimentary book to the "Lizards Coloring Book (Dover Nature Coloring Book)" sold on Amazon. The boys love checking this book out for their home reading assignments.

What can I say? This was a great accompaniment to some plastic play lizards I bought him. It is saving the live lizards that he would catch and poor things would not be in their ideal environment.

Not that big of a hit. Needs more dexterity.

Love it for mixed first - sixth classes. Lots of facts presented clearly.
