Copic Marker Sketchbook, 5 by 7-Inch, 50 Sheets

At first I thought this book was a bit bigger than what I had figured it would be. I found though it's a great little marker book. I do recommend if you try blending the markers that use a scrap piece of paper underneath. For me this little marker book was the best book for me cause I can easily travel places with it. Small enough to carry in my purse even.I like how smooth the paper is compared to other paper I have. It absorbs the marker ink pretty well and is especially good for sketching with copic or prismacolor markers. Blending though it does bleed through a bit if you are using a lot of one color. I haven't tried a blender with it just yet, but darker colors seem to come through to the other side more and bleed onto the other paper. Like I said earlier though putting a scrap paper underneath it should solve the problem. Just be sure it isn't very thin paper, or better yet use a like I did a clip board and just use that piece and it should work well with blending dark colors. Though if you have the same color on the other page it also blends the mess of the marker away. I tried it today and it is awesome cause it just disappeared. I have made quite a few little projects on mine and I love it so far. :)

I was really excited to find a sketchbook that supposedly wouldn't let my Copic markers bleed like my moleskine watercolor journal does, but this one does as well. I'm still giving it 4 stars because the paper is nice and smooth and I love drawing in it with my microns. It doesn't seem to suck up the ink from them as much as other papers do. The copics do bleed but if you don't mind only using one side of each page then it's great.

High quality paper, great for sketching especially with copic markers. Ink doesn't bleed through, even when applying lots of layers. Perfect travel size to take to school and on trips.

Great paper for Copic markers. You can blend without the paper breaking down or bleeding through the page. My only wish was that the paper was brighter.

My daughter just started using Copic markers and someone tons me to get copic paper so I thought I would try smaller size. Cover is sturdy great to protect pages. Will buy larger sizes for her from here soon. Only thing I would suggest is putting something underneath because page bleeds to page behind sometimes. Not sure if its because she presses to hard or goes over a spot too many times since it isn't every drawing.

This paper is great with Copic markers. I don’t really blend the markers so much so I don’t have to worry about markers bleeding through the page. If you do blend, I recommend using paper just in case it bleeds.I was slightly disappointed that the sketchbook as a whole is 5”x7”. So the paper is 5”x7” but that includes the spiral bound. Even if you rip the page out, because it’s not perforated, the page size would be slighter smaller than 7”.

Great size, the paper does bleed. You will need to either leave pages blank in-between OR place a spare sheet so your coloring doesn't bleed to the next page.

I love this notebook! I will probably only buy this brand of sketchbook for my ink drawings from now on! The paper is very smooth, and very durable. I have just about filled this one up, and plan to buy another as soon as I do. Only thing to consider is that for some people this may not be the right notebook for you, because laying down a pencil sketch base can be very difficult with the paper being this smooth. It is definitely a marker or ink pen sketchbook

The size of this sketchbook is just right. I never had ink bleed through these pages, I’m definitely repurchasing for myself and for friends!

Really good quality paper extremely smooth. Brilliant for alcohol based markers. Shame so expensive but my son takes it everywhere as it's small enough to pop in his bag.

Me ha sorprendido mucho este cuaderno. Las hojas son muy resistentes y duras, como una cartulina, pero muy suaves al tacto. Compré el tamaño más pequeño, y es un formato ideal para llevar de viaje. Sin embargo, después de darle uso con varios rotuladores con base de alcohol, he de decir que la tinta mancha la siguiente hoja, sobre todo si se pintan varias capas o se intenta conseguir una capa uniforme del mismo color.
