Will this hold the rod holder attachment also?

Yes, the A10-1293 padded carrying case will accommodate the T10-355 LeveLock Mount. If you have the mount attached to your grill for left to right adjustment the mount post will fold to the side and will fit inside the bag allowing the zipper to completely close. With the mount attached for front to back adjustment, the post will fold toward the front of the grill. The post will protrude out of the top of the bag, having to bring the zipper to the middle of the bag stopping on both sides of the post.

Is the 12x24 the correct size for magma products, a10-803 connoisseur series chefsmate portable gas grill ? if not what size do you recommend?

No, this case is for our larger Magma grills with a 12"x24" grilling surface. The correct carry case for the ChefsMate, A10-803, is A10-992 which has been designed specifically for Magma grills with a 9"x18" grilling surface.
