MegaGear Canon PowerShot SX740 HS, SX730 HS Leather Camera Case with Strap

Camera fits too tight in this camera case. No room for any other items, such as a spare battery, associated with camera.

This is a nice camera case. Just be careful when ordering. This does NOT fit for the SX740.

I use this on my belt while hiking, and it provides dependable camera protection while doing rugged rocky terrain hiking when I brush against boulders and my backpack shifts against it. Compact and light weight, camera fits very snug and safe in it while at the same time allowing easy belt level access for quick opportunity "fast draw" outdoor shots.

I wear this workhorse on my belt doing 10 four point and hurricane inspections a day. Through rain, heat, attics, camera gets slammed in and out about 50 times per inspection..on number 5000 now with it, and it still works!

It’s a shame that the construction isn’t better because this has the potential to be a really nice case. I got this for my canon gx7 mark II and it fits perfectly. However, there’s pieces inside the opening that you can’t see in the pictures and they’re held on with double sided tape. And the tape is actually coming over to the front. The pieces were completely unattached when I pulled it out of the box and I had to press them back on. I feel like some type of glue would’ve been betterThe strap also isn’t long enough to go over your shoulders/neck. You can put it over your one shoulder like a purse but it can of course fall off this way.

Order this because it was to arrive before my girls trip. Day of arrival changed and still hoped it would make it, changed again…did not arrive on time. Other than the changes of arrival which was upsetting the case serves its purpose.
