This is a good value for the chunks of Himalayan salt! I use the large chunks in water to make pure salt water.

I have been using Himalayan Pink Salt for years and love it. I use it for everything and it has amazing health benefits. I bought the large chunks to try the "Sole" solution for it's health benefits (just started so it's too soon to report on that). The product is good, but I am not giving it 5 stars because the packaging was awful! It came to me all beat up and even had a hole in the bag. It was so beat up it was hard to read the writing on it. I add a couple of rocks to water each month and have a glass of it each morning before my coffee. Since using it I have found that I am not getting so dehydrated as I had been in spite of drinking 6 glasses of water a day in addition to coffee. A relief

By placing the rock salt in RO water in a sealed jar, the salt dissolves forming a saturated solution called sole. I add a drop of this salt solution to a glass of structured water to make a perfect tasting water that is very healthy, more hydrating, wetter and lowered surface tension. My blood pressure went down as did my ankle edema. This salt has 85% sodium with 87 trace minerals. Probably the best salt available without the processing found in commercial salts. I am using more salt on my food without worry of fueling my BP. I have thrown out my white salt and have only the pink Himalayan salt which is available in a fine and ultra fine form for salt shakers.SL

Everthing I have read tells me the crystals should dissolve in spring water. Mine did not. Still the same size as when purchased.

I needed to fill up my Himalayan salt lamp. Over time, they had settled or disintegrated or something and I are needed to have it looking full again. These were great. They are larger than what was in my lamp but that’s OK they are very nice.
