Hi,I bought this Pasta maker recently.I am happy to assemble and to start my noodles when I receive it.The roller is nicely working well but I met some problems with using the cutter function.My noodles are not good in the first and second trials.I disassembled it and analyzed it why not?Finally, I can understand each part of the Paster maker function and can assemble it in the right way.On the third trial, I was successful in making my noodles.It is a good Paster maker if you assemble it correctly.

I recently purchased the iSiLer pasta machine and overall the pasta maker impressed me in how easy it was to use even for a first time pasta maker like me. It operated smoothly and efficiently, and I was able to produce consistent pasta sheets with little effort. The machine is well built and sturdy so I expect this machine will last a very long time.The only thing that I found problematic was trying to read the numbers on the thickness dial. I would suggest that iSiLer make the numbers more legible to better enable people with vision problems to view the numbers easier.Since this was my first time making pasta from scratch I quickly found that while I could do it by myself, having my wife help feed or retrieve the pasta greatly helped to make the whole process more enjoyable and efficient.I consider the pasta maker to be a great deal. It offers a budget-friendly option for homemade pasta enthusiasts, and the quality of the pasta it produces is outstanding. The ability to customize the thickness of the dough allows for versatile pasta creations, from delicate angel hair to hearty fettuccine.In conclusion, the manual pasta maker I bought is a fantastic addition to my kitchen. I would highly recommend this pasta maker to pasta lovers who are looking for a reliable and affordable option.

My review after a month and a half of use: This not a super high-end heirloom product you can expect your grandkids to contest the will over after you pass on. It simply does what it says it will do and makes good pasta. Think Mr. Coffee rather than La Marzocco. The basic 1 cup of flour to one egg comes out great every time. When it arrived it appeared one of the rollers was missing, but it had simply jostled loose in shipping and was easily put back in (they're made to be removable for cleaning). The counter clamp might need a piece of cardboard to keep it from scratching your counter, depending on what kind of counters your have, but it is plenty sturdy enough with mere finger tightening. The thickness adjustment on the roller is not exactly intuitive, but once you understand how much to pull it out when adjusting and how little you need to turn it for incremental changes, it becomes much easier to use.It's not the greatest pasta machine I've ever used, but it is *good* and probably the best value one on Amazon if you catch it on sale. And it can go thin enough to make egg roll wrappers, which is what I most wanted it for. Do not sleep on homemade egg rolls, people. If you buy this, try making your own egg rolls and you will never get storebought again.

Works great for someone new to making pasta and doesn't want to spend a fortune. The thickness adjusts and the unit clamps onto the counter with little help.

I watched alot of reviews for this one and the Marcado Atlas. I think I should have gotten the Atlas. This one works but it moves around no matter how tight I screw the clamp. The widest setting doesn't seem to be that wide, I have to roll my dough thinner to get it in the wide slot. It does its job, and works ok, but I had seen reviews that this one was used in most restaurants etc.. so I had high expectations. It just doesn't seem restaurant material. But it works well enough and I don't have another to compare it to so I will keep it.

I bought this for my partner who's been wanting to make pasta fresh. Their mother bought them the pasta maker from KitchenAid however we were both concerned that the KitchenAid (who has been used for well over a decade) would eventually croak and so I had already planned and ordered this pasta maker and it was to my surprise that their mother had already purchased this (I was nervous and was about to return it).Long story short we had pasta last night for dinner and thanks to this device it was extremely easy and helpful. The clamp was great, it was very stable and my partner had no issue making the pasta.My partner prefers this over the KitchenAid because he doesn't have to depend on another device or electricity to make the pasta.Don't mind the water stains in the picture we had used it and washed it and did not have adequate amount of time to dry it. Other reviews complained and mentioned rust however that was not an issue for us.
