DEWBU Heated Jacket for Men with 12V Battery Pack Winter Outdoor Soft Shell Electric Heating Coat

I work for a refrigeration company and I'm in the walking coolers and freezers some times all day working in front of the evaporator and this jacket works sooo amazing it's game changing got all my coworkers want one can't wait to try this in the rain cause we would grab tools in the rain then go in to freezers and I remember last year being so horrible and I know this jacket will change it the battery life is ok if you leave it on high it will die hafe the day never killed the battery yet I would put it on high warm up then put it on mid for little and then let it set on low and if kept me warn all day and when it got little cold I put it on high again and warmed up you can feel it warm up fast would buy it forsure again the jacket alone with out the heating is warm and super comfortable and durable

I hate being cold and I hate having too much stuff on. Winter is hard for me. Which led me to find the perfect jacket.I decided to try Dewbu after an extensive search and here are my takeaways.Heats up fast and works great for cold, rainy days. Waterproof material kept me dry in the middle of a winter slush/rain shower.I bought the black jacket in size medium. I’m 5’10 , 180lbs. The fit for me was perfect. The fit is true to size, so if you wear heavy sweatshirts or sweaters, may want to consider a size up. It looks great , simply styling - comes with removable shoulder Velcro patches that you can peel off. Cuffed sleeves. The hoodie provides more than enough cover and doesn’t look unnecessarily large - you can actually roll it up and store it away however it does not detach.Has deep zippered pockets for your hands that has key hooks/loops and your collar drawstrings so you never have to take your hands out. Also has zippered pockets on the sleeves - another cool feature to keep something within reach but tucked away.Comes with a battery pack that will last at least 8 hours on low. Battery will take awhile to charge so having an extra one on hand isn’t a bad idea. Since I bought a heated hoodie from them as well so I used the batteries interchangeably. They also offer a car 12v plug using the vehicle’s battery for power; no more freezing while car is warming up.A lot of people have come up to me about the jacket - the glowing on/off button usually catches their eyes. If they are lucky enough I let them try it out!Can’t recommend enough. Looking l forward to trying more of Dewbu’s items and what they have to offer

I got the replacement and it works! For how long? No idea. Obviously, it doesn't give me much confidence with the first one d.o.a.The jacket itself is great. The heating itself kept me warm on a 30~° night while working UberEats.I upped the review stars based on a working jacket but drop in confidence it will last me x winters.Original review:How do you receive a product d.o.a.? Very nice heated jacket! It fits great. Nice stitching. I got the blue and i like color, its a darker blue. Super cool draw string system for the hood, ive never seen one like it before it goes through the chest and into the pockets. The hood can be rolled up and strapped to the collar and the collar is still comfortable with the hood rolled up. Its a really good wind breaker, its light weight and heavy duty and its pretty warm even without the heating pads turned on. The heating pads are placed in great places and get good and hot. The front pads are right behind the front pockets so it can help keep your hands warm and the weight of your arms presses the pad against your chest more than it already is. The back heating pad is on the part of your back that touches the jacket most. The battery looks good and works well. I like the protective material around the battery, i believe it helps prevent damage and is a great thermal safety measure. There are plenty of pockets and they are a good size and zip up. The front pockets are up a bit higher than most other jackets and they hold your hands up and help support your arms, its very comfortable. Theres shoulder pockets on the arms, the right shoulder pocket is for a devices with a headphone port and theres a rubber hole for a headphone wire to go from the pocket into the arm and to your ears. Theres a headphone port in the front left pocket as well. Theres a pocket on the top of the left wrist thats perfect for an i.d. and or money/thin items. The hand pockets are also large and they each have a hoop inside them, like to connect a key ring or billfold i guess. Theres a big pocket on the bottom of the back. The zipper has two zippers on one track so you can unzip the bottom and leave the rest zipped up if you need easy access or a little more room at the bottom. It looks like its cotton or maybe fleece lined inside the sleeves and they are very comfortable and warm. The ends of the sleeves tighten at the wrist and theres a drawstring at the bottom so it seals at every opening to keep air out. Theres a hoop by the collar for easily hanging it on a hook or making sure it wont come off the hanger. Im a happy customer! I recommend this heated jacket!

***** Update- so I contacted the company and they sent us a new battery!! Couldn't be more pleased. Easy company to work with and very fast response time.So I purchased this jacket for my husband- he works out in the cold during the winter. Worked great at first, but then the next season rolls around and the battery won't even charge. We've had the jacket not quite 10 months, and did everything it says to do when not in use. You are supposed to charge it a few times during the summer, which we did. Not happy with this product. The only positive- it is a nice jacket.

The jacket is overall great. I got it for around $130 on a lightning deal + coupon discount. Well worth the cost IMO.Pros:It is water proof/resistant.The pockets are good. The front are a little high, but they’re placed there for the heaters so you can use them to warm your hands which is nice.Rolling up the hood is a nice feature I probably won’t use haha.The heaters work and turn on quickly, seems great there. Got quite hot on the top setting. Didn’t test length of battery.Fabric and stitching feels good. Little details are present which is nice for a cheaper jacket.Cons:Loud material makes noise when rubbing against each other. Not great for stalking. Wouldn’t use this for bow hunting but for rifle hunting probably fine.A little thinner than I anticipated. It still feels heavy, but not as insulated as I expected. That means I’ll have to use some extra layers beneath which will hinder the heater’s access to my core a bit. Not the biggest deal, but I get cold easily and I know I’ll be needing all the help I can get.Sizing wise, I wear a M shirt and usually a L jacket. I’m 5’10” , 175lbs, athletic lean body type. I got an XL and it’s perfect, slightly baggy so a down jacket fits snug underneath but I don’t feel like I’m swimming in it.

This jacket is good quality and keeps you warm with and without heater, provides good wind protection and isn’t heavy. So far I’ve been in 10 to -1 degrees and it keeps me pretty warm. I like the feel and functionality of the jacket, I ordered a men’s large but a medium would have worked as well I do however love the oversize feel. Overall a good jacket, lets see it it works well when it gets colder.

***Update!!! Customer service reached out to me and offered a new jacket thinking the one I reviewed was faulty. They worked with me on the sizing and shipped me a new one that fits amazing (ladies sizing seems more accurate). I absolutely love my jacket!! The heating elements are even from side to side and heat up quickly. I've worn my new coat all winter in Alberta, Canada and it's just awesome. I can't say enough good things about this company, their service, and the jacket!!! Thanks Dewbu!!Likes: nice design, fabric is good quality, zippers work well, lots of pockets, battery is not huge/heavy and can charge a phoneDislikes: the small fits more like a medium so it's massive and bulky, the heating elements are terrible and barely heat up, the left side gets warmer than the right and I have yet to find all 8 hot spots. Plus there's elastics up near the hood that have eyelets on the inside which are extremely sharp and almost cut my face several times.Overall: I wouldn't get this coat if you are relying on the heating elements to keep you warm in a Canadian winter, they do not work well at all!! I'm super, super disappointed!!

Ok first the good, this jacket seems to have he best placement and amount of heaters in it, 5 locations, well thought out. The arm locations aren't deep enough in the jacket, the back location heater is the best, the two front ones are very iffy, left one seemed colder. Ok the bad, Holy man, that's the worst zipper ever, why spend 250 on a jacket that doesn't even have a Ykk zipper. It won't stay closed and it's brand new. Hoods way too small. The many outside pockets are very useful, and the front two double as hand warmer pockets because the heaters location. Battery sometimes needs the button pressed to get the jacket to turn on. The 3 heat settings are great, red is really warm and kills battery fast, the lowest setting lasts longer and is still warm enough. Don't layer too much, might over heat. Appreciate the companys great customer service.

I really like this jacket, it's well made, comfortable and the heating system is awesome but and this is a BIG but for me the light up LED power button on the front of the coat is embarrassing. Its so bright it can be seen from miles away and a lot of people will accuse you of wearing a body camera, I've covered mine up with a piece of tape. PUT THE BUTTON INSIDE THE COAT. I love the idea of a heated jacket but I will not buy another one that has an LED button on the outside.
