Little Miss Bossy (Mr. Men and Little Miss) Paperback – Picture Book, August 24, 1998

It's a very small paperback. One in a series of books originally printed in the 1980's for young children focusing on good character traits. There are 137 books in the series. One group is Mr. Men. The other group is Miss Missy. This one teaches the importance of saying please. I chose it because my grandchildren are starting to teach my great granddaughter to say please.She's 17 months old. It's a cute little book.

I love these books. I had 4 sons. So I bought all the Mr Men books. They went through my grandsons too. When I was lucky enough to have granddaughters I was able to buy Little Miss books.

I love the "miss / mr." series and they are good for children. Children typically love the characters in the stories and they can relate to them. These books are smal in size, which I wasn't aware of. I thought I was getting a typical sized chlidrens book and these are much smaller - but still the same great stories.

My daughter grew up with these books and now I'm buying them for our great granddaughter.

This book reminds me of my childhood and was a gift to a coworker.
