This switch works booth ways.
Using this float switch for pump failure on a large sewage tank, using its down position to indicate it has power with a green 12v led. Then when it changes it switches on a 12v flashing beckon to indicate sewage to high. Works well.

Does what it says on the tin
Good value and useful with the 10m lead. It is used for a high level alert in a sewage pump station and up to now is more than fit for purpose.

Defective
This switch and cable was defective. There was no conductivity through the switch/cable across any of the three wires. The supplier is not UK based. The supplier declined to give me a refund or replacement. I submitted a claim through Amazon, and Amazon refunded the purchase in full. No stars for the product but 5 stars to Amazon's Complaints procedure.

Fonctionne comme prévu
Produit peu chère et de qualité. Il fonctionne en levé et/ou baissé donc on a 3 fils :_un reçoit le courant._un deuxième renvoie le courant QUE si le flotteur est la tête en bas._un troisième ne renvoie le courant que si le flotteur est tête en haut.Parfait !

je recommande
installé depuis bientôt un an en protection manque d'eau sur le pressostat avec pompe de surface 380 v et fonctionne parfaitement. ce capteur dispose de trois fils pour le NO ou /et NC.

Fonctionne bien dans mon puit
Mise dans mon puit pour stopper la pompe avant qu'elle ne se désamorce. Fonctionne bien.

pas durable
Au bout de un an dans un puits le contact ne fonctionne plus correctement, je ne recommande pas ce modèle que j'ai acheté deux fois avec les mêmes ennuis.
