Q: Where can you get replacement blades for the 8" Ice Auger Bit?

Original manufacturer if they included a brochure in a previous shipment or see what amazon offers. Note that I am new to this tool set

Q: Will this work on an eskimo propane ice auger

If the Eskimo auger has the same connection end as the land works auger it should work fine.

Q: Can this auger be connected to a cordless drill

I have the dirt augur version - but your question is will it attach to a DRILL - with a normal hand adjustible drill chuck? I think the answer is not without some sort of adapter. The Augur bit where it connects is about 1 and 1/8" outer diameter and it's round (no flat sides), with a hole through it for an augur pin. The augur itself connects to the augur blade by sliding it over and securing via the pin. Unless your drill chuck can grab a smooth 1 and 1/8" shaft, I don't think you can grab this. You could potentially make some sort of adapter that goes from the pinned end to your drill chuck.

Q: Does this come with a cover for the blades?

No cover, but not a problem for storage.
