gut work
As we get older this is great way to work the gut other than the old fashion way. Having both my knees replaced, laying on my back, hiking my knees up, with my hands behind my head and doing sit ups doesn't cut it. This is a great alternative. In fact, I wish I knew about it when my knees were good.

Cheaply Made
The stitching started to come undone where the D ring attaches to the webbing. It was used three days a week by one person, so it did not last long - 5 months total.

used two months and the strap that the ring is in ripped, can't use it dangerous. Bad quality!

No cushioning
Don’t buywaste of money. No cushioning at all for the neck area. Will scratch up the back of your neck. Very uncomfortable.
