A reasonably good product. Looks like a good made, not likely to snap if you use it in a proper way.I haven't downloaded the instructions, but there are plenty of videos online. It can be used in a very simple way.

Brilliant product well priced and a perfect help while the gyms are closed. Follow up email was really well received and the website is very helpful for beginners. Would by again for friends and will be looking into other products.

Okay for beginners but full of dust
Okay for beginners like myself but not the best quality. Not sure what has went on with my package as the bands were full of dust and were extremely dirty! Currently soaking in hot soapy water to try shift it off. So definitely wash these before using

Great quality and durability
Great quality and love the colours. The ebook is a great starter guide, however you can incorporate so many exercises in your workout! Loving the burn!
