Delivered promptly and tray as expected.

Replaced the original metal base tray which had rusted badly through our dog scratching it. Wish they were a bit cheaper but very glad to have been able to get it.

The product description encourages the buyer 'to support a family business with 150 employees in the USA'.That's as may be, but the label on the product clearly says "Made in China"

The media could not be loaded.  The product had a tray with wrong dimension and gaps found. It was not covering fullt. It is not fully seated. Also the tray was broken at the corner. Very bad experience both in amazon delivery and the quality of the product

The pan does not fit 1636DD crates
