Q: If I’m just trying to get my hair longer would this be the best option for me to get??? Or just get some hair growth gummies.

I am not sure. My hair was falling out due to health issues and medications. The hairs were also not getting as long as they used too. I have waist length hair. Since using this I have had new hair growth (tons of it) and my hair is growing to it's full length again. In another year you won't be able to tell that I ever had troubles with my hair. I also believe that it helps with overall scalp health. My scalp is in better condition than before I stared it. I was getting dry areas. It did take 2-3 months before the changes were obvious though. I hope this helps.

No, it is a leave in treatment applied directly to the scalp and massaged into the scalp

Q: Can this be used with styling products (i.e apply mousse after using the serum?

Yes, even though i would apply mousse first then just spray the serum after.

Q: Can you use it on dry hair? Do you have to shampoo before you use it?!

Yes, dry or wet. No, don’t have to shampoo first. I do really like this product!
