This really worked for deterring rats. I was having a problem with rats going under my 2nd story porch where the basement door is and taking their "dinner" to eat. I would find random bones and rat feces. Mixed this as directed and sprayed the entire area. I've reapplied once so far and that was about 3 weeks after the initial spraying. Haven't seen any droppings. But I will continue to spray monthly as I'm sure the scent will fade.

I've been using this for about 4 months now. It really does seem to keep mice away. The peppermint odor is very strong and not wonderful, but not bad either, and it's a lot better than the odor of mouse urine. I'm going to keep using it when the weather turns cold and the mice come back.

Love this item! I got this to use on my patio for lizards. They end up sleeping on my patio at night and sometimes they end up getting in the house. I’m deathly afraid of them however I also don’t want to kill them. This product is keeping them off my porch. I know I’m not doing any harm to them. The other thing is we often have flies we live near dairy farms flies have not been hanging out around my patio either

My main use of spray is to teach the squirrels to stay off my screen! I keep the spray bottle handy and the squirrels run away from the spray. Both spray bottle and mixture seem to be of high quality and do the job intended.

This stuff really works keeping the squirrels off my lenai pool screen enclosure. I will be purchasing more for sure....its the only thing that has worked for me here in SW Florida.

I usually use Essential Oils. I will be going back to that as this spray is weak. It smells natural but you can hardly smell it and it disappears very quickly. Some of the other reviews say you need to spray it over and over again. I use it for deodorizing and cleaning and it's too weak. I can't imagine it keeping away mice. I was hoping it would work well because of the large size and convenient spray. I will be adding essential oils to it so as not to waste it. As it is though, the fragrance doesn't last .

This seems to have helped deter stray cats from my deck along with another product I purchased. Was tired of cats spraying and this also helped rid the smell.
