Big Back Weight Lifting Grip

I recently started working out again after a long hiatus from the gym (5+ years). Now that I have committed myself to getting back in shape I was looking for these pads after remembering how great these are and how much I hate wearing gloves. These pads will eliminate callouses and give you a better grip whether you are doing pull ups or using weights. They give just the right amount of cushion and won't bunch up in your hands like gloves do. I'm glad I found Big Back Lifting Grips again, I hate working out without them.

I lost a lot of grip strength around age 35 due to 15 years of dead lifts,shrugs,t-bar rows and barbell rows. These have given me back my ability to grip and use heavy weights. Ex-dead lifts-405lbs. I would recommend these to any lifter.

Yes it works well, but $1-2 would be a more reasonable price. You could go get a square yard of comparable floor covering and have 12 of these for a few dollars.

These are excellent. I use gloves, straps and now these grips which have become my favorites by far. Definitely recommended...

Great for working out. These do a much better job protecting my hands than any gloves I have ever had.

Great if you're not a fan of wearing workout gloves. I've had mine for a while now and love it.
