Fun first miniature build!
This kit was a great hook for me to get obsessed with miniatures. The instructions were easy to follow and the materials were great. The only thing that I didn’t like was the paper flooring which I swapped out for faux wood flooring and I gave up on the chair. The space is very tight so leaving the chair out made it less cramped. My only wish is that more of the books had actual titles rather than “Book”.

Amazing detail and so fun to assemble
I bought this for my teenage daughter. This is a very detailed kit. To be honest, it took months to assemble and you need a very large table area, but it is so worth it. What an amazing amount of detail! Very meditative craft. You could probably customize it a bit with your own paint colors but we assembled it per directions. Very tempted to buy the library next!

Hours and hours of fun intricate work
This is amazing. Took forever but was so much fun. I would suggest really reading the instructions all the way first. For example I completely cut out the monstera leaves before gluing and had to do a lot of fine clean up work. There were also some times that the instructions weren't super clear but if you look a step or two ahead you get the full picture.I loved that it came with some extra prints too,its in case you mess up a cut but I was able to make a couple extra plants. Its customizable too, I ended up gluing the "vines" along the ceiling and moved a bunch of furnature and plants around. It doesnt say in the instruction but theres a plastic film on the greenhouse plastic. I left it until the end and so it protected it from my glue smears, so it stayed nice and .clear

Quality model that looks great
This model was a lot of fun to construct! It's the first time I made a diy model dollhouse, so it took me some time, probably around 40 hours, maybe more. I would give this model 4.5 stars if I could. The reduction in stars is only because in some parts the instructions were unclear and they had you cut a small wood dowel to create bench legs instead of having it in precut pieces. Also, some of the prepainted pieces were warped and required clamping to glue properly. None of these really detracted from the end result, which was a beautiful model coffee shop.Everything in the kit looks wonderful when made and is enjoyable to put together. There were even some extras of the tiny parts Incase you screwed up something or lost a bead. The kit comes with plenty of glue that adheres well, although you may wish to get a glue bottle with a fine point applicator to make life easier. The kit does come with tweasers, but they are low quality. My recommendation is to buy a model tool kit that includes a few high quality tweezers and an exacto knife. For the electrical components you will need a mini screwdriver (a glasses repair kit from the dollar store will do fine) and wire strippers and needlenose pliers.Outside of the tools, what you need to construct this is patience, attention to detail, and fine motor skills. I hope this review was helpful and that you get as much enjoyment as I did building this model!

A few bumps, but turned out great!
This took me four days to complete, and probably around 30 hours total. All the pieces came unbroken and none of the wood was warped. I would advise using a glue stick for all the books and other paper things. Otherwise, you'll run out of glue, especially if you plan to glue everything down like I did. Gluing everything down also makes it possible to turn the light on without knocking everything over since the switch is on the bottom. I decided I didn't like the look of the red chair, so I used one I had leftover from another kit.Like other reviewers said, the lamp was incredibly difficult. It took me about two hours to put together. I used some of the extra brown wire to hold the lamp wiring to the metal chandelier. I also decided not to glue it to the roof, but instead used a manual drill to put two holes in the roof, threaded some wire through, and wrapped it around the top of the lamp. I did that to hold the wiring to the corners, too.Overall, this was a ton of fun to put together and it looks great!

Great detail!
I’ve put several of these miniatures together and have really enjoyed them. The detail is great! The instructions could be a bit more clear, but if you read through the entire item’s instructions, it works out!

Fun But Irritating
Me and my daughter bought this because I have been hearing a lot about these DIY miniatures. At first it was fun and easy, but as we got closer to the end, it kept getting harder. We noticed that some pieces are different colors and sizes than what it shows in the pictures. Some of the things we created wouldn't sit evenly and kept toppling over. As you would expect, the wooden pieces were fun and rewarding to build, but we did get bogged down cutting out a hundred tiny leaves and building the plants. Besides a couple of negatives, the end product is very cute and it has a working light! It took us about a month to finish, so it's definitely a long term project. I would recommend, but you should expect some unclear directions and pieces. FYI, the clear glue in the kit works very well, but dries out quickly. We tried replacing with rubber cement but it didn't work nearly as well.

The most fundamental and cheapest get away
I regretted the shopping when I saw the instruction first. You may think absolutely no way doing this but I have learned I do things regardless whether I like or not nowadays. This is not cute, fun, worth, satisfying, beginning nor ending. This is ZEN more to the torture side.I and my 13 year old daughter had a quality time together. Do I want to try another one? No thank you. I'd rather spend nights of training to swing baseball bat 2000 times or so after this. You have done means you are done. The LED light was ugly so I put chapstick cap as a shade that fits perfect.
