I hate cooking rice on the stove. So I got this rice cooker and it has been a game changer. I absolutely love it! It comes with a measuring cup and spoon. It also automatically switches from "cook" to "warm," so you don't have to worry about keeping your eye on it. It does not shut off automatically though. Which I let it sit for a couple of minutes on warm before I unplug it. If you let it sit too long on warm, the rice will start to burn to the bottom of the insert pot. But if you unplug it and allow it start cooling down, you shouldn't have any problem with rice sticking to it at all. It is also very easy to clean and small enough to store that it doesn't take up too much space in my cabinet or on my counter. It is easy to use. You measure the rice with the cup provided, add the same about of water to the rice, cover, and push the switch down to cook. It's that easy! As long as you measure everything with the provided cup, you'll have perfectly cooked rice every time.

It does cook rice very well but as other reviews have said it burns rice quickly if not removed from the pot as soon as its done. And as far as the pot being non stick, nope. Not a bit. I'm still soaking the pot to try and get the bottom clean. But overall for the price its a good buy for me. I'll just have to keep a closer eye on it and not trust the "warm" setting

Absolutely love my rice steamer. The steamer is not to big and not to small for a family of two. The steamer cooks my rice super fast. I would definitely recommend this rice steamer.

The media could not be loaded. Arrived with no cup or spatula but whatever I dont need that. Throw bix away sits on counter until I go to use it. Doesn't work. Now im thinking someone else returned it and they resold it. So no box to returned it and im not going through the hassle either to get replacement. Im disabled and getting out of my home is alot. So they get 1 star!

Great product daughter loves it

We needed a new cooker because we had ours for a few years. I ordered this one thinking it would be just fine, even though the pots are not made of the same material. I have used it twice. It cooks really well and the rice is perfect. But the rice has stuck to the bottom of the pot both times. The first time, I used butter, my usual. It stuck so this time I used a non-stick spray on it, it still stuck. I'm not sure whether I should keep or send it back.
