This have been one of my favorites for a long time, and they still deliver that perfect snack experience. There is something uniquely satisfying about the combination of the light, crispy wafers and the creamy peanut butter layers, all coated in that smooth fudge. The texture is really what sets these apart. You get a distinct crunch in every bite that isn't too heavy, making them a great go to treat when you want something sweet but with a bit of a salty kick from the peanut butter. They have remained remarkably consistent over the years, maintaining the same quality and flavor that made them a staple in the first place. For a simple, classic snack, these are still hard to beat.

Nutty Bars are exactly what you remember: crisp wafer layers, generous peanut-butter filling, and a thin chocolatey coating that gives a clean snap. The bars are reasonably sturdy and hold their shape in a lunchbox, though heat can soften the coating and make them a bit smushy. Each pack has two narrow sticks, so the portion size is modest and easy to share. The 12-count box is good value, and the individual wraps keep them fresh. Flavor is peanut-forward with a nostalgic candy-bar vibe, but they are very sweet and the coating is more “chocolate-like” than true chocolate. If you want a classic PB-wafer snack for lunchboxes or coffee breaks, these still hit the spot.

Tastes like the 90s and early 2000. Feels like the same size and thickness they have always been, still cheap. Don’t think about what’s in it ingredient wise while you’re eating it- just enjoy it. They don’t last as long as some people might think- so don’t let them get stale on you. They are delicious fresh, stale, not as much.
