A must buy!
Very handy little appliance and more powerful than it looks. It chops vegetables quickly and evenly, which saves a lot of time when cooking. The size is ideal for everyday use and doesn’t take up much space. Easy to assemble, easy to clean, and the blades are sharp and effective. Perfect for onions, peppers, oils and spices, and general prep. Really pleased with this and use it regularly. Wish I purchased sooner!

Sensio Home Chopper v Ninja Chopper
Let me start off by saying we own both, so my review is based on a like for like comparison. At the time of writing the Ninja is approximately £7 more expensive, which may not sound like much, but it is almost a third of the cost of the Sensio Home again and that may be a factor worth considering for some. The Sensio Home boasts a 300w power motor while the Ninja is 200w. However, when it comes to chopping, motor size isn’t everything because in terms of performance neither product choppers better nor quicker than the other. The Sensio Home has one 600ml Blender Bowl whereas the Ninja comes with two 500ml Blender Bowls. Not only can the two Ninja blender bowls be stacked, but the lid can also seal the contents of the blended mix in the bowl until required, something the Sensio Home model lacks. In fact, it is the Blender Bowl where these two units really differ significantly. The Sensio Home bowl feels more brittle, the lid is also made of a similar brittle plastic which drops inside the blender bowl and twists to lock. The Ninja on the other hand has a softer plastic lid that fits over the bowl and seals it to the bowl. It also has a hinged cap that covers the hole in the lid where the motor driver shaft fits to the blades. Remember that extra 100ml bowl size on the Sensio Home model? Whilst it feels roomy and you can get more in it, I found it threw a significant quantity of my ingredients up into the lid space, which is contoured, making it a food trap. That results in my having to scrap out the contents trapped in the lid and feed it back into the bowl for chopping. While the Ninja lid is flat and smooth thus providing no food trap when the contents of the bowl are being blitzed. The Sensio Home’s contoured lid also resulted in it taking more effort to clean and keep clean than the Ninja lids. Finally, we come to the blades. Both sets appear to be of similar quality and the only difference of note is the position of the blades. Arguably the Sensio Home could take larger pieces of ingredients for chopping because of the blade position, but the result is no different since both products chop well. Verdict: Personally, I would stick with the Ninja. It feels like it has a better build quality, and the second blender bowl is useful, but it is the lid on the Sensio Home model that really lets it down. Not only do the contours provide for a food trap, but it also doesn’t feel like a secure fit to the blender bowl, and it does leak when chopping wet or watery ingredients such as tomatoes. It also can’t be sealed. All these factors make the extra £7 paid for the Ninja worth it in my opinion.

Great product - recommended 😀
I purchased this mini food processor to replace a similar one that had given years of great service. And I'm not disappointed. It's a compact size and works brilliantly. I can chop and blend smaller quantities of food for recipes and home freezing. Easy to wash and dry, and takes up almost no space in a kitchen cupboard. A great purchase and recommended.

Great little food processor
Really nice little, food processor, quick and not fiddly to use, like some are. Easy to store and doesn't take up too much space. Chops quite well (still get some chunks, but just need to give it a stir) and it's good for smaller portions.

Fab mini chopper
31st July 2020: - Mini chopper - Liked this one cos has a double blade most only have single blade - Only used twice so far for fruit & veg to chop together for a mix for my birds & make salsa - works well you can chop to small bits or go longer to make it go more times to get a finer pulp - Tub is Plastic see through which I prefare to see through to see how it’s chopping that’s good - tub is quite wide which is good - Lid is a little awkward to get on/off but most mini choppers are like that - washes ok - Black motor body with stainless steel silver top button you press don - Time will see how it goes & update review if any changes
