Q: From the title: Is this 1 pound of tea, or enough tea for only 35 cups? Cannot be both, or that is really strong tea!

It’s a lot of tea. I have no idea how many cups it would ultimately be. It is a very strong tea regardless. I’m not really an Earl Gray fan but I like it with the lavender added.
