Fast Relief, Minor Comfort Fix Needed
I was genuinely skeptical about this band, but its usefulness is undeniable: after only two days, I'm already feeling significant relief from my Golfer's Elbow pain. The main body of the band and the pads feel like great quality of materials and seem very durable. The design fits securely on the forearm, doesn't slip at all, and provides targeted pressure, but the rough feel of the included Velcro strap is definitely uncomfortable and is the only downside. They should consider a softer strap or include a small cushion. Overall, it's a very decent product that delivers on its core promise. I'm still giving it 5 stars even with the minor strap issue as it's really effective otherwise.

A Game-Changer for Elbow Pain – Effective, Comfortable, and Built to Last
I’ve been using the ProBand BandIT® Therapeutic Arm Band for several months now, and I can confidently say this is one of the most effective products I’ve found for managing elbow and forearm pain. If you deal with tendonitis, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, or repetitive strain from work or lifting, this little band is a total lifesaver. Before I found this, I had been dealing with on-and-off pain in my forearm and outer elbow for a while. Some days it was mild, and some days it made simple tasks like gripping a coffee mug or opening a door genuinely uncomfortable. I tried various braces, wraps, sleeves—you name it. Most of them were either bulky, ineffective, or uncomfortable enough that I just didn’t want to wear them. The BandIT is in a league of its own. Here’s what makes it different: First, the design. It doesn’t wrap your whole forearm in a tight sleeve. Instead, it uses two cushioned pads that sit directly over the extensor muscles on the outside and inside of your forearm, held in place with a single adjustable strap. The pads apply gentle, targeted pressure where it’s needed most—without cutting off circulation or limiting movement. I’ve worn this during workouts, yard work, typing at my desk, and even on long days at work where I’m constantly using my hands. It never digs in, never slips, and doesn’t cause that sweaty, restrictive feeling that a lot of compression-style braces do. The curved plastic “frame” gives just enough structure to keep the pads aligned, and the Velcro strap makes it easy to adjust quickly for a snug but comfortable fit. I also like how low-profile it is. You can wear it under a sweatshirt or long sleeve without it bulging or looking awkward. I even forget I’m wearing it half the time. Most importantly—it works. Within a week of wearing the BandIT regularly, I noticed a real reduction in the nagging soreness that usually followed repetitive motion. Over time, it’s helped me stay active without constantly flaring up the pain. I’m not saying it’s a miracle cure, but it gave my elbow a chance to heal without forcing me to stop doing the things I enjoy. That’s a big deal. The materials have held up perfectly over several months. The Velcro still grips tightly, the pads haven’t flattened or frayed, and the band shows no signs of wear despite heavy use. This isn’t one of those products you replace every couple months—it’s built to last. Pros: • Instantly reduces forearm and elbow strain during activity • Comfortable enough to wear all day • Lightweight, breathable, and not bulky • Easy to put on and adjust • Durable construction and long-lasting materials • Works with a wide range of arm sizes Cons: • Not washable in a machine—you have to wipe it down by hand, but that’s minor • It takes a few tries to find the perfect tightness and position, but once you do, it’s set Final Thoughts: The ProBand BandIT isn’t just a quick fix—it’s a long-term solution for managing chronic elbow and forearm pain. After months of use, I still reach for it every time I know I’ll be putting stress on my arms. Whether you’re lifting weights, typing all day, swinging a golf club, or just dealing with inflammation from repetitive movement, this thing delivers real relief. It’s simple, smart, and it works—and that’s exactly what I needed. Highly recommended.

Helped with my pain
Why I bought: I have been having sharp pains in my upper forearm and around elbow. After over use between video games with the kids, shrub and tree work & my work (I draw for a living) I found I could not lift anything with my right hand/ arm without a sharp pain shoot through my arm. I was on a long wait to see my doctor & didn't want to spend the large out of pocket fee for the walk-in clinic. I talked with a few people at a pharmacy. They noted my arm was swollen (which I hadn't really noticed). They guessed it could be carpal tunnel/ tennis elbow. And I needed a wrap. But they only sold hand or wrist ones. Most other bands I saw were just velcro wraps- though a friend suggested Futuro brand. When I searched it on Amazon the Frequently Bought Together sections showed the Band-it. Pros: • It reduced my pain. After a few days my swelling went down and the pain reduced. • It keeps tight, in place and is adjustable. I did not have the slipping (some of the negative reviews stated) down my arm. • I found it constructed well. I was not bothered by the design. I liked the plastic part as it helped keep the pressure. Hell, it could have been rainbow colored with puppy heads on it- as long as it works I don't care what it looks like. I didn't plan on wearing it to clubs or something. • The strap in 1 inch thick. I found it comfortable, but the plastic part did knock into things, like my art desk and computer desk. The back of velcro strap is just basic weaved fabric (no covering). I did not have an issue with it, but can see how some might find it bothersome. • Plastic part has curved foam that sits on skin and I did not have any issues with it. Cons: • Since it has the plastic parts on each side it can only conform to a basic arm shape. As some people have complained that a large arm or thin on may not fit. [Don't quote me on these measurements- I am guessing with a straight ruler] I expanded it to about 5.5" diameter and assume any arm larger than that will not fit. My forearm is about 2.75" d. give or take when swollen. If your arm is under 2.5" the plastic parts touch so it won't be much use. I placed on my other arm and the plastic touched, so it would have been useless. • I did not have the 'pinching' some reviews wrote about, but I can see how it could happen. Full arm bend can not be done without band getting in the way. • Probably not great for 'use with' activities. I was able to do some household things but found the more active I was the more I had to adjust it. I can't really see paying basketball or like with this on for a long period of time. Over all I was happy with purchase (like the majority of the other buyers) and would recommend it as a possibility for friends. Have not used it a lot (as some people have said the plastic has cracked on them). So will update if that does happen.

The only thing about this band we don't like is it has neoprene foam on the inside of it which both of us which was a removable fabric so we could wash it better.

I am known not to bother posting reviews but this one! Oh my! I have been suffering from pain in my elbow for the past month and it has increasing to the point I had to leave the arm resting while using the computer mouse with left hand and consistently massaging the arm I had pain on. I researched a little bit watched a Youtube video and it convinced me about buying this one [mostly for not restricting blood circulation].. the price seemed high [it actually is for what the item cost to manufacture] but.. and here is the best part.. the instant I put this on, the pain disappeared and it has gone for the past 8 hours [of course I am not forcing with lifting weights etc.. just the 27/7 pain I had before for any movement I made that was making me crazy]. So yeah, I llllllove it and couldn't recommend it more! Happy days =^_^=
