Great to hold and write with
Got my purchase a week ago..an authentic rotring that lives upto expectations. I recommend the 0.7 mm rather than the 0.5mm since the thickness is just right and the lead doesn't break easily. Try not to drop the pencil nib-first as it is relatively weaker than the rest of the pencil. The inner plastic barrel rattles a bit.

1. It's the best looking mechanical pencil in this range, barring this model in black.2. I like that it's heavy, but because of that you can't use it for long writing sessions.3. Defective Rotring 600 mechanical clutch pencil.
The product I received was defective and was not suitable for drawing.The Rotring 600,was ordered by me after reading good reviews of the clutch pencil.I believe the seller sent you a defective product.The lead slides back as the lock is not working when used.I could use it only after the return period.As as I found the mechanical pencil defective,I informed the seller but he did not respond to my request for advice or help.The reason that I informed one or two days after the return date does not entitle him to not respond to my complaint.If the product was cheap,I would not have requested the seller to either get a new product or get it repaired .Thhe seller is not reliable as even the delivery was several days after the expected date.At least they could have advised me to contact the Rotring company.I have been cheated by the seller.
