Q: How do I keep the pan from burning? I've purchased two of these skillets, and they burn after a few uses on medium heat.

They do run hot. I just lowered the temp on my stove.

Q: There is a red spot on one of the pots probably from the red center or a red pot. Is there any way to remove the spot or can the one pot be replaced?

If you are talking about the "red dot" on the inside of the pans, that should be there. I have never seen a "transfer" of the red spot to any other of the pans. I do not believe that you can buy just one pan of the set.

Q: The reviews are the same for the ceramic and regular T-fal pans. Can someone tell me if the ceramic are better than the regular non-stick pans?

Sorry, can't tell you I only use the regular T-fal pans.
