Hi Carolyn;Love, love this juice. Found it in Hawaii and now keep in in stock in our home in Oregon...my hubby is addicted. ;-) The sugar base is "cane sugar" as listed in the ingredients. Ingredient list is as follows...Water, cane sugar, guava puree, passion fruit and orange juice from concentrate, gum arabic, citric acid, and ascorbic acid (Vitamin C)There are many imitators...none as good in our opinion...Hope you will give it a try.Candace

Q: Is this drink perishable? Like, if I left a can open overnight at room temperature, would it still be safe to drink?

It should still be fine by the next day, but longer than that wouldn't be good for any drink. I keep it refrigerated after it is opened on the rare occasions that I don't drink it all at once.
