ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE LIGHT BULBS , THE FLICKER IS REALISTIC

These bulbs look exactly as expected. This type of bulb has been around for decades. They bring back memories from when I was a kid. They do not look like a real flame, but that is expected. They don't sway in the wind like a real flame, but that is expected. They don't have the increase and decrease in intensity as simulated by LED candles, but that is expected. They look like the picture with the orange "flame" flickering around on the flame shaped element. These are not intended to light the room, but give a little rustic look. These are exactly for what I was looking.

We got our bulbs. Amazon said that they handed it directly to me. That's not what really happened. They placed it at the door. 1 light bulb didn't work. I only needed 5 so its not a deal breaker. The lights aren't bright. good for a window decoration candle. I put them in a 5 light hanging fixture. Great for the Halloween decoration that she wants. But the bulbs will come out soon after and reused for the windows for Christmas holiday.

Very convincing flame effect for Halloween props. Don't expect any actual illumination of these however. These use the metal plate style where parts of the plate illuminate at different times. What makes the flame effect so realistic is that the bulbs are not synchronized, the flickering is random for each bulb. However this very attribute meant that of the six that I purchased, only and 4 of them produced a flame effect that I liked.

These lights were perfect for my needs. I was putting up Halloween lights the other day which are orange flicker lights. I noticed several bulbs were burned out so I ordered these bulbs to replace them. I was a little hesitant because 1) I wasn't sure if they were the same size as what I already had, and 2) these bulbs are clear whereas the ones I already had had an orange tint to them. I received the bulbs today and I was immediately happy to see that they were the same size as my previous bulbs. I easily replaced the burned out bulbs with the new bulbs. I turned on the lights and to my delight I noticed that in the dark (which is what matters) I couldn't readily differentiate the new bulbs from the old bulbs. I will definitely be buying more of these next year if needed for any burned out bulbs. Highly recommended.

Love the movement of these bulbs. They make me smile and they add a nice warmth to the room.

Kind of a shoddy product. Only 4 out of the 6 bulbs worked! All candle sockets are brand new, and work with good bulbs. The box and packaging seemed good, don’t think it was damaged during shipping. Not too happy with 1/3 of the bulbs not working! Would not recommend this product, which is unfortunate because the bulbs that work are very nice. Luckily I had a three pack from another brand that all of them worked. Look elsewhere.

Purchased for some lanterns. Beautiful lifelike flame and just the right brightness. Not cheap but hard to find in this size.

Used for a wooden snowman holding a candle.
