Product stop working in 2 months
The product stopped working in 2 months... there is no service center in lucknow... there is no warranty on the invoice... no toll free no... the manufacturer is in Kolkata... dono how to go about it...itll b a waste of money if it is not repaired....

Stopped working
This was the second one we got as first one really served us well. This did not work for even two weeks and stopped working just after return window closed. Very surprised and shocked

Great for cleaning the bottles

Prior to purchasing this we were washing and boiling to sterilize. This device is effective and uses less water (must use distilled) and allows us to walk away versus having to monitor it constantly. I have a hard time understanding the complaints about sanitizing the machine — don’t you expect to clean anything you use? Nothing stays clean forever lol. Anyways, recommend you give things just a good rinse prior to putting it in the machine and taking it out 2 min after it’s done. It will dry fine and your baby will be okay.

Pros: Easy to use - straightforward method Sterilizers in 10 minutes and 26 seconds - yes I timed it Fits most bottles - I use Tommee Tippee 9 oz bottles, Lansinoh breast pump bottles and it obviously fits Dr Browns items Upper tray holds quite a lot of pacifiers, nipples, pumping items, etc Uses only 5 tbsp of distilled water each time - better than using a pot filled with water on the stove Safer than boiling items on the stove - we got this unit after a stove mishap and its much easier Cons: Biggest complaint is that it leaves everything very wet, from items being sterilized to the machine itself Hard to press the buttons with one hand if you’re holding baby in the other Must have a towel underneath because water runs down the back of the machine when you open the lids and gets on the counter Needs to be left completely open to prevent mildew and mould unless you’re going to wipe it down after each use (idk who has the time for that but it’s an option) Kind of a big unit, it eats up a lot of our counter space Overall: it’s a good purchase. I like that I can easily stock it full and walk away.
