Each frame slot may be rotated to more exactly hold or conform to slopes and angles of the bike.I was not familiar with the Overdrive Sport 3-Bike Trunk Mounted Bicycle Carrier Rack until it popped into a search for a rack and the coupon made me take an in depth look. Even so, I was still surprised that the quality for the price was so high.

This is a good quality bike rack. Solid build and easy to install. Be aware however that if your car has a spoiler or has a trunk lid that sort of goes up like a spoiler you may have issues with the bike rack bars touch and scratching the trunk lid. I have an Infiniti Q50 (no spoiler) but the trunk lid does have a slight incline. I had to use something soft but firm on the top of the bumper to get the bike rack bars not to touch the trunk lid. Other than that, once secured to the car this bike rack is sturdy and will not sway.

Easy to use. Good quality but can’t hold big tube frames so may not hold three bikes the way it’s designed

Advertised as a bike rack that fits most bikes. It actually doesn’t fit most bikes which is kind of ridiculous considering IT’S A BIKE RACK! My road bike, mountain bike, my wife’s mountain bike didn’t fit. The bike rack is to wide and so you can’t get a bike on to the two security bars. 17” in between the two and then the plastic saddles to hold the bike in place are immobile and hard plastic. So, if you try to ‘make it work’ then you end up with a scratched frame as I did. On top of it, I had to pay to ship it back. Completely worthless and highly unacceptable product.

I give this a one star based on the directions alone... I haven't even gotten it installed on my car yet so I can't review on anything other than the fact that the directions DO NOT help in setting this up! Beyond aggravated right now. 😠😠😠😠** update ** after figuring out how to install this on my own since the directions were useless, I have since had the ability to use it a couple times and it is quite sturdy and does what it is intended to do. So I changed my stars to 3 stars. Would have been 4 stars but .... Directions

The media could not be loaded. I bought this rack for my Jetta and a hitch mount rack for my land cruiser- both were easy to assemble and my bikes fit securely. This rack basically requires no assembly- just latch it onto the trunk, add the straps to secure the bike, add the pad to keep the pedal from scratching the car, and lastly there is a strap to secure the front tire from moving, which I thought was awesome! I am happy to have found such an easy fix so I can take my bikes out to some new trails!

This was a massive waste of money! The posts are way to wide to fit a normal size adult bike, let alone a kids bike. The construction seems great and I expect it is very durable, however the geometry is not compatible with my bikes. You have to get an adapter bar to make it work, which is another $20 each bike. Super disappointed!

This rack holds bicycles firmly & without damage and attaches securely to a vehicle. It's very easy to use and didn't loosen during a 600 mile travel weekend. In my opinion it's a great rack at a great price!
