Bought this for my S/O since he is a huge Godzilla fan. He absolutely loves this and has it on display on his computer desk. He had some trouble getting the tail on, but we ran it under some warm/hot water and it popped right in

What a amazing figure. NECA really nailed this one. You can imagine my surprise when I opened this item when I saw it inside a movie poster window box. I’ve never even seen this packaging before. Thanks amazon and great figure

I adore Godzilla and this figure didn’t disappoint

This came in great shape and condition. My son loves Godzilla! Great collectible!

This is a good shin figure, especially for the money. Even with this figures issues I still am very happy with it. This figure is much like the previous shin with some differences. The mouth is in a permanent open position. It comes with beam effects for both the mouth and tail. The tail joints are much stiffer and shorter allowing the figure to maintain its pose. You can see some spots on the figure has some issues due to mold reuse. There is a spot on the right leg where a small section is unnaturally flat. Also, there is an issue where the right toe claw points straight out. Again I attribute this to the mold since my friend has the same problem with his shin. The paint is where it gets really interesting. On mine, the paint is very well done using red plastic as the base. My figure has lots of purple color on the dorsal plates; I would say mostly purple plates with white fill for the creases and base with dark trim for the edges. I like this figure more than the original shin. The paint is really nice, very well done, with very little slop. My friends however is a completely different story. He has many more areas of sloppy or missing paint specifically around the feet, arms and mouth. The dorsal plates are mostly white with dark trim and very little if any purple for both the dorsal plates and tail. When standing them side to side you really wonder how they both came out of the same place. So be aware there seems to be some inconsistency with the paint and paint application. For me my shin is a keeper, well done, and I would gladly pay retail price. My friends is a completely different story; he will not be keeping his.

I love Shin Godzilla. This particular version of the King of the Monsters isn't as well known to a lot of casual fans, but they did a fantastic job of bringing it off the screen nonetheless. The level of detail and articulation make this a welcome addition to any Godzilla collection, or a fun toy to play with. Your choice.

Bought it for my son for Christmas- Pro: lively details and my son loves it Cons: the tail was very difficult to attach One of the legs keeps falling off the socket The beams fall off easily - while putting the mouth beam - it slipped and got cuts on his fingers (and bled) - please be careful Overall he loves how it looks but if he manipulates (he is pretty gentle) things fall off the socket

My son is very happy with this Godzilla. The spikes are a softer plastic than some other Godzilla figures and that makes it easier to handle and play with.

boxed and in good condition, the tail was hard to attach, we adapted it ourselves to get it to fit, the slot in fire/ice stick attachments are fiddly, the do fall out during serious play, overall a solid well made toy if you’re a godzilla fan you’ll live with the niggles

Kind ist pausenlos am Spielen damit... Verbindungen halten alle... Farbe hält... Und der Kleine hat einen Riesenspaß mit den Figuren. (hat jetzt beinahe alle) Die Laserstrahlen sind abnehmbar... die Figur ist voll beweglich. Nur EINE EINZIGE Sache stört meinen Sohn dermaßen.... Man kann das Maul von Godzilla nicht schließen. Aber da jammert er eben auf hohem Niveau.

Great quality product, soft gel back spikes so no one accidentally gets hurt from its body shape. I’ve read reviews on here about the tail not fitting properly or not fitting at all, I was a little weary but I’ll admit at first yes it was impossible to get on but I actually stopped and went back to the box this came in and there was a note inside instructing to dip the detached tail in hot water for about 30 to 60 seconds. After I done that the tail attached to the body incredibly easy as the plastic expanded in order the ball end to fit inside, let cool so the plastic constricts around the ball for a very snug fit.
