Q: Hello, Can this use disposable pans?

I just ordered one earlier. Yes, looking at the last two pictures shows that you could use disposable pans by using just the base, without the triple tray. I certainly intend to put other pans on like that.

Q: Can this buffet server be used for Shabbos - Can you put precooked warm foods in the containers on Friday night to keep warm for Saturday lunch?

we have been using this tray for Shabbos for the past 2.5 years, for our family of 6 but occasionally we have guests. We use it plugged into a timer. On Friday night we have mostly warm food, so not much pre-heating needed and the timer turns the plate off after the meal. The next day, we preheat about two hours before mealtime. It works just as well as the day we first bought it and no complaints.

Q: Does anyone know how much power the heating element draws - can't find the spec on osters website

This buffet server is 300 watts. Additionally, all of our products that are sold in the United States and Canada are manufactured and UL approved for 110-120 voltage.
