Japanese Mandolin Vegetable Slicer

Loved trying this out. Excellent and here's hoping it will last!!

Bought this for our son and loved it. Just need to be very careful because it’s very sharp

Very very sharp. It works very well. It’s a little narrow for me. I wish it was an inch wider. I wish they provided me with an extra, and I don’t even know what you call it, but the thing you stick into the vegetable

Sharper than sharp as my right middle finger tip will attest. The joy of this item is the quality of the steel used in its blades as well as the secure and simple method of securing them. It is very compact. But. There is no way to press the thing against my cutting board for stability. It pivots on the bolt which secures the cutting blade, which is too small to be used as such.

Great mandolin slicer, it’s small and compact. Can slice any produce without any problems, and comes with a guard when one getting closer to the end so you don’t cut your fingers. Recommend for anyone that only needs a smaller amount of produce sliced.

The product is great, it works perfectly. I loved it.

This is a great tool for slicing zucchini, cucumbers, or other vegetables into thin ribbons quickly, consistently, and accurately.
