I was looking to replace my old toaster because when I cleaned out the crumb tray it somehow broke and never stayed in place. Which was super annoying because everytime I used it or moved it crumbs went everywhere.This toaster is super easy to clean and the crumb tray pulls out easy so it won’t break like my old one that was attached with a flimsy little wire.I love the diff settings and multiple heat levels for this toaster. I use it for toast, bagels and waffles and everytime is always toasted to the perfect level.The slots are wide and nothing ever gets stuck and you can also push the lever up to raise the item when you’re getting it out which is super handy.The color is also lovely and it doesn’t seem to scratch or wear. I wipe it clean once a week and it stays in perfect condition. Such a simple but practical and loved purchase.

Pros:-makes great toast!-very simple to use, love the added feature to push the pop-up handle upwards so you can retrieve toast without burning your fingers-small, so it fits almost anywhere and is very easy to move from place to placeCons:-the metal part of the toaster body get burning hot, have burned my hands by touching it, takes a while to cool down-only makes two slices at once-does not fit artisan bread or bread wider than the 'basic' store brands; have to cut the slice fresh bakery bread in half to make them fitConclusion: If you're worried about counter space and ease of operation (and getting a great piece of toast), I'd recommend this. Just be careful with the toaster body as it really does get hot enough to burn your skin.

When our toaster died, I decided to not just buy the cheapest toaster on Amazon. Still didn't want to pay alot but wanted something with good reviews, which this one has! I love the color! It's photo does not do it justice! It's a great toaster! The slots are sort of made to fit bread of any style in the sense of they will widen to the size of your bagel or bread. And though other toasters said they had wide slots, this one actually does! Like any appliance, it will have a smell on its first use. However, this one didn't smell horribly. Just a little. So on your first use, don't actually use it to eat anything, just to burn off the smell is all. After that first time it is perfectly fine! Love this toaster!

I LOVE the look of this toaster—it is the cutest! It is easy to use as are most toasters. It does seem to be really light weight. My previous toaster had a bit of heft to it. (I don’t know...that heft, for some reason, makes me feel like my old toaster was a little better made.) Another thing is that I like artisan breads, and I have a hard time fitting the slices into the machine—they are too wide. Bagels seem to get way more brown on one side than the other.

actually there is nothing i dislike about this product. toasts evenly. cleans easily, lighted control buttons nice,adjusts to multiple widths of bread niceejects toasts easily. all in all a good toaster.

So far so good. I haven’t had it long enough to really know. But I like the style and how it handles—the dial for darkness, the cancel feature, and the extra lift up feature for smaller breads. It is metal so it seems like the sides and top get hotter than my old plastic one did.

Our toaster broke and I bought this one to replace it. It has wide slots which is perfect for bagels and even has a bagel setting. The defrost setting is great too. We often stick up on English muffins and keep them in the freezer, now we can defrost and toast them in the same appliance. It toasts quickly and evenly with a nice amount is settings.

I had been shopping for a red toaster to match all my other small appliances, and this one is great!
