Wonderful Low Country Boil seasoning, all bags intact. Great price, fast ship.
Rumor has it the factory is closed right now due to the pandemic. Haven’t been able to find in stores for 6 months. Was delighted to find this, and at a very good price. Read the reviews. Mine did not appear to have weevils, but I put in freezer to kill any eggs, should there be any. Common in grains and spices. It can happen. None of the bags was broken. But, intend to use inside a muslin bag in the low country boil pot from now on, so I don’t ruin a meal. We love the flavor of Zataran’s, happy to have it again. I keep a homemade seasoning mix made by a local shrimper on hand, and after draining the cooked pot, sprinkle with a small amount of that dry seasoning mix. Perfect!

We do an annual seafood boil and I always purchased these - because the seasoning is all nicely contained in mesh like bags. Way tasty - way less messy to clean up. Won't do the boil without them!

Best Crab Leg Boil Seasoning Around
I have tried many different Crab Boils and I always come back to ZATARAINS. It is the easiest way to add seasoning to your crab boil. Just drop in the bag, which is filled with lots of different spices, and let it boil along with the crab legs. Great seasoning for the crab legs and everyone goes away after a feast well pleased. The six pack which I purchased contains six bags in a paper box. You can also buy the same seasoning in a metal can however it is loose and not in a bag. This one is the easiest to use. By ordering a six pack box there is good savings in the price. One bag is sufficient for about four pounds of shrimp, 4 pounds of craw fish or 1 dozen crabs. I use one bag for two or three large crab legs.

One of my Boil Essentials
Good flavors, but a little weak. I recommend adding a bag or two more than the instructions call for. It's not salty at all so I add some Old Bay/salt and lemons when doing a boil. The bags do tend to split apart during shipping and/or cooking, but it's not hard to pick a few seeds off your food.
