Q: What scale are these figures? I'm hoping to use them with my 28mm scale figures.

They are 54mm, 1/32 scale-about 2X the scale.

Q: Are they bright green?

Kinda looks like it but remember there’s 4 different colors not just 1. Germans (blue) British (bright yellow) Japanese (lime green) and the Americans (green) (it’s not that green you see on other plastic soldiers but with a different hint of green if you know what I mean).
