Chalky and not easy on the gut
I had a very hard time digesting after putting this in my beverages for fat and carb supplements due to unexplained weight loss. The taste was flavorless as advertised, but chalky in texture. If you have a sensitive GI tract (or your kid does), I wouldn’t recommend it.
