Q: What is the difference between the K and the A series?

The K Series have a darker, richer tone in my opinion. Do yourself a favor and log onto their site. They give very good descriptions of the tonal differences of all of their cymbals.

Q: Can you crash this K Ride Cymbal?

Not really, it is very dark with loud overtones, so certainly not as a fast crash. A 20in ride would be better in my opinion

Q: Is there a K Series box set sold with out the Hi hat?

Hello,Not at the moment, they would have to be ordered as singles. But this one includes a free 18" k dark crashThank you!
