Ordered the "deficient version"
I bought the deficient version - was half the price but I have a very small bathroom and wanted to open the space up. I.e. had heart set on a wall mount. Luckily the thing arrived looking brand new hardly sporting the "deficiency" Amazon advertised. Thing looks great. I ended up installing it into my building's masonry facade instead of a 2x4 - had to buy a separate set of anchors. Still works. I would pay the full price after seeing the install.
