Orbeez Soothing Spa

first off i read all the reviews for this toy, i figured i was going to have trouble based on the reviews but my little girl really wanted it so i was willing to try it, i opend the box put this thing togther grew our orbies poured them in and it worked perfect without a sing problem, from what i read in reviews and what i put together i know excactly what everyone that has bought this is doing wrong, when you slide the big motor onto the tub there is a notch that it has to slide onto or it isnt aligned correcly this is why the motor binds and makes it hard to get the orbies to the top, the second thing is everyone complains about knocking the trays off when your little one puts his/hers feet in there is no way you can put your feet in this thing with the trays in place i believe the maker thought of this since the picture on the box where it shows the feet in the tub the trays are not in place.anyway i feal all these bad reviews are from mistakes being made from people purchasing it

Got this for my 11 yr. old niece. Was hesitant due to some of the poor reviews, but it was on her list for 2nd yr. in a row. She LOVES IT! ! Works just great as long as it is put together properly! When not soaking her hands or feet, it also comes with a book of games to play w/the beads & her and a friend had a blast playing a couple of those as well. If you use only 3 packets of beads at a time it does not overflow on to the floor as some reviews reported. Beads work best if soaked overnight, rather than the 4 hour option. Looking forward to more Orbeez products income the future.

Just ok. Not thrilled with the beeds

My three year old is obsessed with Orbeez, thanks to all of the Orbeez videos online! Our first Orbeez purchase was the Orbeez Cruskins safari set and she loved that but has been begging for the spa ever since. Finally caved in and got her this spa this past Christmas. She absolutely loves it! It's messy as all get down, but well worth the joy my daughter gets from it. After she was done using the spa we stored the Orbeez for future play and she's enjoyed them for stand alone fun as well. I high recommend if you have the patience for the mess!

This toy was exactly what we expected it to be. The only complaint I have is that you have to soak the little beads for at least 4 hours or overnight until they soak up all the water and expand, which is a long time for anyone to expect a little girl to have patience with. Also, the refills of beads aren't cheap when you have to put at least 6 packs in at a time to have enough to play with. But it was fun and teaches a good example of expansion and such with the steps and set up, and the wheel that brings the little beads up to the top and disperses them back down. Overall, my little girl loved it and had a lot of fun!

Very cute...to be honest I threw my adult one away and share my grand daughters...it was smaller but easy to store and still fits my size 9 feet. She loves it. If you order the gel bead things good luck. Seems cool but a pain in the butt. Think mess and these all over your floor. JS. Think a million jelly ball pick up...get the picture moms? Lol

This product looked like tons of fun when my daughter begged us to buy it after seeing the commercial on tv, but we soon found out it was worthless junk. We put it together easily but the orbeez are too small once fully grown and you need way more of them than the product provides for you to use. My daughter had NO fun with this product, it was flimsy and hard to make work correctly. I suggest you buy a real "foot spa" that you see for sale at Christmas time in the stores. It's about the same price and MUCH more valuable. However, the orbeez themselves feel neat to play with, but can't think of any reason to buy the product for just that.
