Luckily I didn't order this based on the "extra fine" feature, because I don't see how it's at all different than regular sugar. I ordered this in a hurry because I needed to make hummingbird nectar and my stores were completely out of sugar. It was quicker to order some via Prime than to travel around looking for it (rural area). Anyway, the sugar is just like any regular sugar I've ever used. I was looking forward to trying the 'extra fine' after reading some reviews talking about how quickly it dissolves. I thought that would be a bonus since I use it almost entirely for hummingbird nectar, so all I do is stir it and dissolve it in large batches. But I honestly see no difference whatsoever. Otherwise it's perfectly good. Interestingly, the thing some reviewers didn't like is the thing I do like; which is the paperboard containers. It's a plastic top and the rest is light cardboard. I like that this uses much less plastic. I'm a little baffled that another reviewer said they crush it & spill it when they pick it up. As long as you aren't hulk-smashing your sugar container you should be fine, they're thin but not that thin. Perhaps less sugar would be in order if you can't pick it up without gripping it that tightly, just a friendly suggestion.

Good product for a good price recommended

This is a good product that is convenient for adding sugar to my morning coffee. I like that they label it as "cane sugar", because i think that means it is a better, truer product than the stuff that comes from sugar beets.
