I love ZeeZees bars. So soft and yummy

I bought these for my picky type 2 diabetic mother who has a sweet tooth that rivals mine. She has no teeth, doesn't like to wear dentures and hates her new diet/lifestyle completely. These bars are absolutely perfect for us. We both LOVE the taste but more importantly they fit all her nutritional requirements, are soft enough for her to eat (even more so with a little almond or soy milk to dip) and they reduce her cravings for the sugar loaded chocolates and candies that she use to consume. They are perfect as a snack or low blood sugar bump and they fit easily into her purse as well as her insulin kit. Honestly, these little bars are a life saver. I'm looking into their other products as a result.

Spectacular! Just as I remembered from when I was in high school!

First heard about/saw these bars on a shopping channel for twice the price. Thought i would give the variety pack #1 a chance, flavors are very subtle which is a good sign that nothing over powers other flavors, the only downside that i have found, ow that i have had the chance to try them all, is, a couple of the bars, although tasty, are about as dry as a popcorn fart, otherwise, they are pretty good for the price, and i get a treat every day for a month, with the variety pack.

I got these in my gift basket and loved them! Favorite is the Lemon Blueberry. Bummer is that you can only find them online. I have yet to find them at Target, Walmart or even Whole Foods. Got the variety pack. They were all good, just depends on what flavors you like. Unfortunately you CAN'T pick your flavors, but once you find what you like you can order that flavor individually. Some flavors tasted sweeter than others-think Soft Oatmeal cookie. Good texture. They are on the pricey side in comparison to other bars. Aside from Amazon, I have occasionally seen them on QVC/HSN for about the same price-some additional flavors not offer (holiday) and you can pick your flavors.

The packaging kept the bars fresh. They had a bit more blueberry taste than lemon. (My niece had the opposite taste sensation.) They make a delicious snack or meal substitute. For medical reasons, I need to eat six small meals per day, and these bars fill in for a meal.

Amazon is one of the few locations that I found that sell these and I'm glad they are offered through Subscribe & Save as well, more savings and more convenient to always have them in stock at home. In terms of freshness, it was odd because I have to comment I already found one particular bar that seemed to be "defective" from the production and was extremely hard to bite and chew...it was just a one off from an entire package. Otherwise, I am a big fan of the flavor, ingredients, and texture of these snack bars. Edit: Over time I've had a worse and worse experience with the hardness variety in these...they are all packaged individually as a set of six within a box, but that particular set can vary so much in hardness from the expected "soft baked" hardness all the way to like-a-rock levels of hardness where I have to use my back molars to aggressively bite it multiple times to finally break it. Not fun, what's the deal is my question?

I put my boxes in the refrigerator and it softened them up and less flakey They're alright room temp but you'll get the most out of them if they're cold not frozen And if you do freeze them, they are hard as rocks but eventually soften back up again
