The collagen in this package is very painless to take. It has an utterly neutral taste - straight out of the package, you can taste that there’s something on your tongue, but you can perceive no actual taste. It mixes well with ice cream, cereal, and several hot and cold drinks. I’m also a lot happier that it’s sourced from Japan - with a different country, you might not be getting your money’s worth in the package.The box contains 30 foil ‘tubes’, each containing 2 grams of collagen granules, with the size and consistency of table salt.I’ve been taking it for awhile, and, unsurprisingly, haven’t seen any physical change - every source on collagen says that it takes several months before any pain relief or skin improvements, , and this is a 30-day supply in this box.
